MARK Kavanagh / Atlantic Jewel
"We have no special targets in mind at this stage. That will be discussed after we get an idea on how she does in her first couple of weeks' pre-training," Kavanagh said.
There was worry about Atlantic Jewel's back after she demolished Wakeful Stakes rivals by seven lengths.
"There has been an injury there, but it is well enough to say that she can go back into work," Kavanagh said.
The filly will start her pre-training by spending a month on a water-walker.
"If she's OK after doing time on the water-walker she will come into the Flemington stables, but if she shows sign of having one hair out of place we will be waiting for the spring with her," Kavanagh said.
